3D-Modellierer <strong data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"434\">Michelangelo Agostinetto<\/strong> eine ehrgeizige Herausforderung an: die Entwicklung langlebiger, formbarer und individualisierbarer Motorradkomponenten durch <strong data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"565\">3D-Druck<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"569\">Ein Projekt, das dank der Zusammenarbeit mit <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"636\">Fabula 3D<\/strong> und <strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"652\">LATI3Dlab<\/strong> realisiert wurde, im Auftrag von <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"691\">Nicola Martini<\/strong>, besser bekannt als <strong data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"730\">Mr. Martini<\/strong>, einer Ikone der handgefertigten Motorradanpassung.<\/p><hr data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"776\"><h2 data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"840\"><strong data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"840\">Vom Drucken bis zum Testen: Die Suche nach dem perfekten Material<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1196\">W\u00e4hrend der Erstellung der ersten Prototypen stie\u00df Michelangelo auf einige Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"973\">Materialfestigkeit<\/strong> und der <strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1016\">Verarbeitbarkeit der gedruckten Teile<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1020\">Eine L\u00f6sung zu finden, die <strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1086\">mechanische Festigkeit<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1104\">Flexibilit\u00e4t<\/strong> und <strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1132\">W\u00e4rmeformbarkeit<\/strong> gew\u00e4hrleistet, ist nicht einfach: Es wird ein technisches und dennoch vielseitiges Material ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p><p data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1449\">Hier kommt <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1254\">Marco Ardesi von Fabula 3D<\/strong> als Druckberater ins Spiel, sowie <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1302\">LATI3Dlab<\/strong>, das <strong data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1350\">technische Filament-Spulen<\/strong> f\u00fcr Tests zur <strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1387\">mechanischen Festigkeit<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1406\">Verformbarkeit<\/strong> und zum <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1429\">Formged\u00e4chtnis<\/strong> nach Erw\u00e4rmung bereitstellte.<\/p><p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1514\">Es wurden doppelte Proben hergestellt, um Parameter wie die folgenden zu testen:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1647\"><li data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1555\"><p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1555\">Qualit\u00e4t der <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1552\">\u00e4sthetischen Oberfl\u00e4che<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1602\"><p data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1602\"><strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1582\">Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit<\/strong> und Biegung;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1647\"><p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1647\"><strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1644\">Stabilit\u00e4t nach thermischer Verformung<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1652\"><h2 data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1715\"><strong data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1715\">Technische Materialien von LATI3Dlab f\u00fcr exzellente Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1956\">Die von LATI3Dlab bereitgestellten Filamente \u2013 <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1777\">LATAMID 12 AM H2 K\/15<\/strong> (PA12 mit 15 % Kohlefaser) und <strong data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1835\">LATER G HT AM K\/10<\/strong> (PETG mit verbesserten thermischen Eigenschaften) \u2013 wurden mit einem <strong data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1920\">Drucker mit geschlossenem Bauraum<\/strong> und einer <strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1953\">Hochtemperaturd\u00fcse<\/strong> gedruckt.<\/p><p data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2443\">W\u00e4hrend der Modellierungsphase verformte <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2010\">Claudio Concina<\/strong> vom Mr. Martini-Team die Artefakte mit Hei\u00dfluft, einem Hammer und einer Zange und erzielte so hervorragende Ergebnisse.<br data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2127\">Das <strong data-start=\"2130\" data-end=\"2155\">LATAMID 12 AM H2 K\/15<\/strong> erwies sich als ideal f\u00fcr solche Anwendungen: w\u00e4rmeverformbar, stabil, widerstandsf\u00e4hig und ohne Memory-Effekt.<br data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2283\">Die Leistung verbessert sich weiter nach einer <strong data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2392\">Hei\u00dfkristallisationsbehandlung (Nachgl\u00fchen)<\/strong>, die den Zusammenhalt und die Stabilit\u00e4t des Werkst\u00fccks erh\u00f6ht.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2448\"><h2 data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2495\"><strong data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2495\">Design, Innovation und kreative Freiheit<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"2497\"
