LATI presents the 2024 Sustainability Report, a document that demonstrates our constant commitment to combining growth, innovation and social and environmental responsibility.

This commitment is recognized by the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, which places LATI among the top 1% of the most responsible companies worldwide in the rubber-plastics sector.

The report illustrates the actions and results achieved along the three fundamental pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic.

Environmental Impact: Tangible and Certified Results

Throughout 2024, LATI has consolidated its path toward a more sustainable production model, achieving significant milestones:

  • +24 new LATIECO products and +7 new LATIGEA products, developed to promote the transition toward a circular economy.
  • 100% certified renewable electricity for company needs.
  • 88% of direct emissions (Scope 1) offset, confirming our commitment to decarbonization.
  • 23% of research and development projects launched in 2024 with strong sustainability focus.

These results are accompanied by recognitions and certifications that attest to the quality of the path undertaken:

  • CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) B rating for climate and water risk management.
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications, for environmental management and energy efficiency.
  • Participation in the Operation Clean Sweep® program, for the prevention of microplastic dispersion in the environment.


Social Impact: People at the Center

LATI confirms its commitment to the well-being, development and safety of people:

  • 327 employees
  • 24% of management positions held by women.
  • +10% training hours delivered compared to 2023, on technical, regulatory, linguistic and soft skills.

  • Gender equality certification UNI/PdR 125:2022
  • ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety.

Economic-productive Impact: Solidity and Responsibility

2024 closes with economic results that reflect LATI’s solidity and competitiveness:

  • Revenue: 148.3 million euros.
  • EBITDA: 8.9 million euros.
  • 90% of total financing linked to ESG criteria.


Crowning these results, during 2025 and its Eightieth anniversary, LATI has obtained the prestigious recognition as Historic Brand of National Interest, awarded by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, which attests to our contribution to the history and development of the sector and the country.
