To celebrate LATI’s 80 years, we chose to celebrate together with all the organizations that contribute daily to the company’s growth: LATIpeople, customers, suppliers, and the local community.

Today we gather those moments in an emotional documentary film that traces the most significant milestones of 2025, a special year for LATI, through images and fragments of the events that marked the 80th anniversary celebrations.

LATI’s 80 years were not just a corporate milestone, but an opportunity to celebrate together with the people and organizations that are part of our history.

From meetings with LATIpeople, protagonists of the company’s growth, to events with customers and partners, to moments of discussion and dialogue with suppliers, institutions, and local organizations.

“Plastica. La materia che non c’era”: a book to tell the story of the material

Among the initiatives related to the 80th anniversary is the editorial project “Plastica. La materia che non c’era”, written by journalist and essayist Cesare Alemanni.

The volume tells the story of plastic with a broad and non-self-referential perspective, exploring its role in society from technical, anthropological, cultural, and artistic viewpoints.

The book is enriched by the works of artist Nicola Vinci, with the creative contribution of Studio Chiesa, and was conceived as an educational tool for LATIpeople, customers, partners, and stakeholders.

A project that reflects the company’s commitment to contributing to a more informed and articulated narrative of plastic materials and their role in contemporary society.
