LATI strives to operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent manner towards employees, collaborators and all those who have professional relationships with the company, with the aim of promoting the well-being of people and the development of the local area.

Aware of the significant social impact of its operations, the company has drawn up a Gender Equality Policy, Code of Ethics and Document 231 to regulate its business conduct and corporate activities, ensuring compliance with the principles of ethical and social responsibility.

LATI demands compliance with these documents and, in accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (concerning “whistleblowing”), encourages the reporting in good faith, even anonymously, of any behaviour that violates the same.

In 2024, LATI joined the Gender Equality Manifesto in the Italian supply chain promoted by the Winning Women Institute, an organization that promotes gender equality and helps companies create fairer and more inclusive work environments. 

As a company certified for Gender Equality according to the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard, LATI, along with other signatory companies of the manifesto, is committed to promoting change even outside its own organization, encouraging the social and economic fabric to adopt sustainable and inclusive initiatives. The Manifesto, in fact, promotes gender equality and inclusion within companies also through the involvement of the supply chain.
