With the support of UN Women Italy and the Orange the World campaign, LATI renews its commitment to promoting respect, dignity, and a future free from violence for women and girls worldwide.

This year, LATI has chosen to give an even deeper meaning to the traditional end-of-year greetings, turning them into a concrete gesture of responsibility and participation. We have decided to support UN Women Italy and the Orange the World campaign, the global initiative that highlights the urgency of preventing and combating gender-based violence.

Orange is the color that represents a brighter future, characterized by respect, care, and opportunities. A symbol that also becomes a message: the dignity, freedom, and safety of every woman are not “someone else’s” issues, but concern all of us. Therefore, through this choice, LATI intends to support projects that protect and support women and girls in various parts of the world, contributing to initiatives capable of generating a real impact on the community and in people’s lives.

As our CEO, Michela Conterno, reminds us:

“Choosing UN Women means recognizing that the dignity, freedom, and safety of every woman concern all of us. It is a gesture that aims to support even those women, often invisible and distant, whose dignity is tested every day.”

We believe that promoting a culture based on respect and dignity is a daily commitment. It is a journey that involves choices, behaviors, and the shared responsibility of building professional and social environments where no form of violence is normalized or ignored.
