Our Commitment to Sustainability
Since 2014, we have been using the EcoVadis platform, one of the most renowned ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) assessment systems globally. This tool allows us to constantly monitor our environmental and social impact, while promoting more ethical and sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.
In 2021, with a score of 68/100, we obtained the gold medal, marking a significant milestone in our sustainability improvement journey. In 2023, we increased our score to 73/100, once again securing the gold medal. This year, in 2024, we achieved a score of 83/100, earning the EcoVadis platinum medal and consolidating our commitment to the highest standards of sustainability.
Eco-friendly Plastic Solutions for Industry
Our dedication to environmental responsibility is also reflected in the products we develop. Our line of eco & sustainable thermoplastic compounds is a clear example of how we create innovative plastic materials derived from recycled or natural sources. These materials offer essential technical properties such as heat dissipation and flame retardancy, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
Looking ahead towards a Sustainable Future
The awarding of the EcoVadis platinum medal reinforces our commitment to building a more sustainable future. We will continue to invest in innovation and responsibility, with the aim of maintaining our position as a leader in sustainability and business ethics.
“The platinum medal is the result of constant teamwork and the dedication of all involved. We are proud to see our values come to life every day thanks to the hard work and commitment of our team.” – Michela Conterno, CEO of LATI
