We invest in the creation of advanced thermoplastic materials capable of responding to global environmental challenges, while contributing to a new culture of plastics, more responsible, circular and conscious.
The objective is not only to create low-impact products, but also to drive systemic change, promoting the sustainable use of resources throughout the entire supply chain and actively supporting the ecological transition of the industry.

Carbon Strategy Roadmap
We have defined a Carbon Strategy Roadmap in line with the objectives of the Paris Agreement, committing to contribute to containing the increase in global temperature within 1.5°C.
Our strategy is based on:
- Constant monitoring of consumption throughout the entire production chain, to identify and promptly correct inefficiencies.
- 100% certified renewable energy, to reduce the climate impact of our energy balance.
- Expansion of photovoltaic systems and increase in self-production capacity.
- Revamping and efficiency improvement of production machinery to increase the overall efficiency of the plants.
Emissions are monitored and reported according to the GHG Protocol standard, including Scope 1 (direct emissions) and Scope 2 (purchased energy). With this approach, we progressively reduce our carbon footprint and strengthen LATI’s contribution to a sustainable future.
Commitment to Research and Innovation
Research is an integral part of LATI’s strategy: we develop advanced solutions to meet customer needs and lead the transition towards sustainability. From recycled-based or bio-based compounds to PFAS-free self-lubricating materials, and solutions for 3D printing, our commitment translates into tangible innovation.
Through European projects and collaborations with the academic world, we deepen the analysis of the environmental impact of our materials and contribute to the scientific and industrial evolution of technical polymers.
