In 2009, Michela took over the family business during a complex time: the global economic crisis.
With vision and pragmatism, she chose to value people, skills and work quality of workers and management, transforming difficulties into opportunities.
Under her leadership, LATI grows consistently in revenue, innovation and international presence, but without losing sight of what makes it special:

Tamara Molinaro: the Strength of Talent and Passion
Parallel to this, in a completely different field, moves the story of Tamara Molinaro, born in 1997.
Raised among racing engines prepared in her parents’ workshop – G.Car Sport in Villaguardia (CO) – Tamara got behind the wheel at just twelve years old.
Her talent did not go unnoticed: champions like Gigi Galli and rally legends like Michèle Mouton took notice.
From there, a rapidly ascending career:
- Races in WRC2 driving a Citroën C3 R5
- Success in rallycross in the TytanRX competition
A journey made of courage, determination and results, telling the story of a young woman capable of establishing herself in a still strongly male-dominated world.
