In addition to gender equality efforts, LATI has successfully implemented remote working for several years now, allowing office staff to work up to 5 out of 5 days remotely. The “Let’s Respect Each Other” course, introduced in 2022, is another significant step forward. This training initiative, carried out with the support of EOS and Aquilone associations, aimed to raise awareness among LATI employees about gender stereotypes, promoting a respectful and inclusive corporate culture.

LATI’s Management commits to providing an annual budget for developing inclusion support activities, including event organization, communication content creation, development of secure reporting methods, and corporate perception surveys.
The Steering Committee will maintain an active role in managing and monitoring issues related to inclusion, gender equality, and integration, ensuring high standards over time.
