For the third consecutive year, LATI Industria Termoplastici S.p.a. has been awarded the prestigious EcoVadis gold rating, an important recognition of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Ever since 2014, LATI has been measuring its sustainability performance through the EcoVadis ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) assessment platform, one of the most internationally recognised assessment systems, in order to increase the company’s positive impact on the environment, people and society.
EcoVadis rates companies’ sustainability performances in four categories, Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement, assigning a score of between 0 and 100. It also provides a detailed scorecard with specific comments for identifying areas where there is room for improvement.
In 2021, LATI earned the gold rating, and in 2023 further improved its score by 5 points, from 68/100 to 73/100. This result puts the company in the 4% of EcoVadis-rated companies recording the highest scores in its specific sector.
This considerable improvement was made possible by LATI’s commitment to decarbonisation and the fight against climate change, factors which contributed to improvements in its Environment and Sustainable Procurement scores.

In 2021 EcoVadis awards LATI S.p.A. the gold medal, thanks to the improvement of the score assigned compared to the previous year.
