The certification was awarded after careful examination by <g id=\"gid_1\">CertiQuality<\/g>. This result was also achieved thanks to the support of <strong>Univa Servizi<\/strong>, the business services company of Confindustria Varese.  <\/p>\n<p>Michela Conterno, CEO of LATI Thermoplastic Industry, comments &#8220;<em>This certification is a tangible testimony of our commitment to gender equality and creating a work environment that promotes mutual respect and inclusivity, as well as our entire company&#8217;s continuous determination to foster a workplace that celebrates the uniqueness of individuals<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to gender equality efforts, LATI has successfully implemented remote working for several years now, allowing office staff to work up to 5 out of 5 days remotely. This flexibility supports work-life balance, parenthood, and embodies the company&#8217;s commitment to providing a modern and flexible work environment. <\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Let&#8217;s Respect Each Other&#8221; course, introduced in 2022, is another significant step forward. This training initiative, carried out with the support of EOS and Aquilone associations, aimed to raise awareness among LATI employees about gender stereotypes, promoting a respectful and inclusive corporate culture. <\/p>\n<p>LATI actively supports the Libellula Foundation in the fight against violence and gender inequality, strengthening the company&#8217;s role as an agent of positive social change.<\/p>\n<p>LATI&#8217;s commitment extends to ensuring equal career opportunities, equal economic treatment, work-life balance conditions suitable for different life stages, a work environment that rejects stereotypes, discrimination, and all forms of physical, digital, and verbal abuse, a corporate culture based on diversity and inclusion, and the reduction of bias.<\/p>\n<p>The newly established Steering Committee is responsible for defining and implementing gender equality initiatives and aims to develop a strategic plan that includes clear, measurable, and realistic objectives, assigning implementation responsibilities over time.<\/p>\n<p>LATI&#8217;s Management commits to providing an annual budget for developing inclusion support activities, including event organization, communication content creation, development of secure reporting methods, and corporate perception surveys.<\/p>\n<p>The Steering Committee will maintain an active role in managing and monitoring issues related to inclusion, gender equality, and integration, ensuring high standards over time.<\/p>\n<p>LATI thus positions itself as an inspirational model, creating a future where diversity is
