Thanks to an advanced computerized kinematic system, Spark ensures safety, comfort and adaptability even in the most complex operating environments.<br \/>\nThe heart of Spark is its robotic kinematic system, designed to keep the patient always in horizontal position, adjusting height, relative arm distance and inclination for irregular terrain and loading and unloading operations.<br \/>\nThis technology adapts perfectly to specialized configurations as well, such as neonatal or biocontainment transport, making Spark a versatile device for every medical need. <\/p>\n<h2>The Material that Made the Difference<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure robustness, lightness and maneuverability, Stem EMS collaborated with Capra company in Parma to develop the wheel support assembly, using technologically advanced materials.<br \/>\nThe compound chosen to manufacture the structural parts of the product is <strong>LATAMID 66 H2 G\/50<\/strong> (PA66 reinforced with 50% glass fiber), selected to meet the following requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resistance to prolonged static loads<\/li>\n<li>Ability to absorb shocks and impacts during transport<\/li>\n<li>Refined aesthetic appearance, necessary for component visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lambda.lati.com\/Material\/latamid-66-h2-g-50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[Read the technical and molding characteristics of LATAMID 66 H2 G\/50]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The mechanical performance of the compound was validated by LATI through FEM numerical simulations. Tests confirmed that the material can withstand a load of 1000 N applied in different directions and passes the crash test with a force of 8000 N.<br \/>\nThe use of this structural compound required advanced engineering solutions for molding as well.
