Day<\/strong>, LATI3Dlab celebrates the evolution of sustainable design by showcasing the result of a virtuous collaboration with <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"579\">Gimac<\/strong>, a Varese-based manufacturer of polymer processing equipment, and <strong data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"682\">Vudafieri Saverino Partners<\/strong>, a renowned architecture and interior design studio with offices in Milan and Shanghai.<br data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"766\">A synergy that combines <strong data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"837\">technological innovation, recycling, and beauty<\/strong>, creating functional art objects made entirely from recycled plastic materials.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"938\">\n<h2 data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1009\"><strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"1009\">Wilhelm Lamp: the Beginning of a Journey between Design and Innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1454\">The collaboration between LATI3Dlab and Vudafieri Saverino Partners began in 2019 with the <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1111\">Wilhelm Lamp<\/strong>, a chandelier inspired by a 1935 modernist vase by architect <strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1203\">Wilhelm Wagenfeld<\/strong>, of which Tiziano Vudafieri is a collector.<br data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1249\">The piece was created by <strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1297\">eXgineering SA<\/strong> using <strong data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1322\">Gimac<\/strong> technology, utilizing 3D printers for granular technopolymers and was presented during the <em data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1453\">GuiltlessPlastic \u2013 Master&#8217;s Pieces<\/em> event.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1839\">A distinctive element of the project is the material: a <strong data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1547\">recycled transparent polycarbonate<\/strong>, selected and optimized by <strong data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1591\">LATI3Dlab<\/strong> to maintain transparency, resilience, dimensional stability, and aesthetics even after 3D printing.<br data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1693\">A perfect example of how materials science can merge with artistic creativity to create responsible and refined design.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1844\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1917\"><strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1917\">New Forms of Light: the Project for Paradiso Cannes and Abu Dhabi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"2285\">Today, the collaboration continues with a new lamp project installed in the <strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2029\">Paradiso Cannes<\/strong> (Hotel Barri\u00e8re) and <strong data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2071\">Paradiso Abu Dhabi<\/strong> restaurants.<br data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2075\">The works, characterized by fluid and light lines that evoke <strong data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2171\">veils or flames moved by the wind<\/strong>, reinterpret the tradition of blown glass through the possibilities offered by <strong data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2284\">granular 3D printing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2730\">The chosen material is <strong data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2332\">LATIECO 87 MR AM<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2384\">mechanically recycled polycarbonate<\/strong>, developed by <strong data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2413\">LATI3Dlab<\/strong> and transformed by eXgineering using <strong data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2510\">Robotic Additive Moulding (RAM)<\/strong> technology from Gimac.<br data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2523\">This <strong data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2552\">six-axis<\/strong> technique allows for modeling complex shapes while preserving the chemical and physical properties of the polymer, creating a perfect balance between <strong data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2729\">design, functionality, and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2735\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2788\"><strong data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2788\">Sustainability, Lightness, and Creative Freedom<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"3116\">The lamps born from this project represent a new way of conceiving design: <strong data-start=\"2877\" data-end=\"2940\">light, colorful, transparent, and environmentally friendly<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2941\" data-end=\"2944\">Additive technology enables <strong
