It&#8217;s a transition that should be planned in advance, preferably in generational synergy and with the support of competent professionals. <\/strong><br><strong>This is what LATI did, which, with a far-sighted and by no means obvious policy, transformed the handover in company management into an opportunity for growth, with immediately tangible results.
