colaboraci\u00f3n con <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"636\">Fabula 3D<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"652\">LATI3Dlab<\/strong>, encargado por <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"691\">Nicola Martini<\/strong>, m\u00e1s conocido como <strong data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"730\">Mr Martini<\/strong>, un ic\u00f3nico personalizador de motocicletas artesanales.<\/p><hr data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"776\"><h2 data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"840\"><strong data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"840\">De la impresi\u00f3n a la prueba: la b\u00fasqueda del material perfecto<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1196\">Durante la creaci\u00f3n de los primeros prototipos, Michelangelo encontr\u00f3 algunos problemas relacionados con la <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"973\">resistencia del material<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1016\">trabajabilidad de las piezas impresas<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1020\">Encontrar una soluci\u00f3n capaz de garantizar <strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1086\">resistencia mec\u00e1nica<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1104\">flexibilidad<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1132\">moldeabilidad t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> no es sencillo: se necesita un material t\u00e9cnico pero vers\u00e1til.<\/p><p data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1449\">Aqu\u00ed es donde entran en juego <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1254\">Marco Ardesi de Fabula 3D<\/strong> como consultor de impresi\u00f3n, y <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1302\">LATI3Dlab<\/strong>, que proporcion\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1350\">bobinas de filamento t\u00e9cnico<\/strong> para pruebas de <strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1387\">resistencia mec\u00e1nica<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1406\">deformabilidad<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1429\">memoria de forma<\/strong> despu\u00e9s del calentamiento.<\/p><p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1514\">Se realizaron muestras dobles para probar par\u00e1metros como:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1647\"><li data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1555\"><p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1555\">calidad del <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1552\">acabado est\u00e9tico<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1602\"><p data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1602\"><strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1582\">resistencia al calor<\/strong> y a la flexi\u00f3n;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1647\"><p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1647\"><strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1644\">estabilidad despu\u00e9s de la deformaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1652\"><h2 data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1715\"><strong data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1715\">Materiales t\u00e9cnicos LATI3Dlab para resultados excelentes<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1956\">Los filamentos proporcionados por LATI3Dlab \u2014 <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1777\">LATAMID 12 AM H2 K\/15<\/strong> (PA12 con 15% de fibra de carbono) y <strong data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1835\">LATER G HT AM K\/10<\/strong> (PETG con propiedades t\u00e9rmicas temperatura<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2443\">Durante la fase de modelado, <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2010\">Claudio Concina<\/strong> del equipo de Mr Martini deform\u00f3 los artefactos utilizando aire caliente, un martillo y alicates, logrando excelentes resultados.<br data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2127\">El <strong data-start=\"2130\" data-end=\"2155\">LATAMID 12 AM H2 K\/15<\/strong> demostr\u00f3 ser ideal para tales aplicaciones: deformable en caliente, estable, resistente y sin efecto memoria.<br data-start=\"2280\"
