La certification a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9e apr\u00e8s un examen approfondi par <g id=\"gid_1\">CertiQuality<\/g>. Cette flexibilit\u00e9 favorise l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, la parentalit\u00e9, et incarne l\u2019engagement de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 fournir un environnement de travail moderne et flexible.  <\/p>\n<p>Le cours \u00ab Respectons-nous les uns les autres \u00bb, introduit en 2022, constitue une autre \u00e9tape importante. Cette initiative de formation, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec le soutien des associations EOS et Aquilone, visait \u00e0 sensibiliser les employ\u00e9s de LATI aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre, en genres, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi le r\u00f4le de l\u2019entreprise en tant qu\u2019agent de changement social positif.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019engagement de LATI s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 la garantie de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances de carri\u00e8re, de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement \u00e9conomique, de conditions d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e pilotage nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 est responsable de la d\u00e9finition et de la mise en \u0153uvre des initiatives en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres et vise \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un plan strat\u00e9gique comprenant des objectifs clairs, mesurables et r\u00e9alistes, en attribuant les responsabilit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre dans le temps.<\/p>\n<p>La direction de LATI s\u2019engage \u00e0 allouer un budget annuel pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019activit\u00e9s de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion, notamment l\u2019organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements, la cr\u00e9ation de contenus de communication, le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9thodes de signalement s\u00e9curis\u00e9es et des enqu\u00eates sur la perception au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 de pilotage maintiendra un r\u00f4le actif dans la gestion et le suivi des questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres et \u00e0
