Il surveille en permanence le signal \u00e9lectrique sur la ligne principale, identifiant les mod\u00e8les uniques qui indiquent la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un d\u00e9faut d\u2019arc. D\u00e8s la d\u00e9tection, le dispositif ouvre imm\u00e9diatement le circuit, emp\u00eachant ainsi l\u2019arc de devenir un risque d\u2019incendie. LATIECO est une famille de mat\u00e9riaux qui s\u2019inspire des compounds les plus performants du portefeuille de LATI, des mat\u00e9riaux structurels aux ignifuges, des autolubrifiants aux conducteurs ; en travaillant avec des polym\u00e8res recycl\u00e9s et d\u2019autres mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res recycl\u00e9es, LATI est en mesure de construire une alternative durable aux mat\u00e9riaux traditionnels tout en conservant l\u2019essentiel des performances d\u2019origine.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/>Compounds LATIECO pour les AFDD de Hager<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, le choix de Hager s\u2019est port\u00e9 sur le LATIECO 66 MR H2 G\/25-V0HF1, un compound contenant une part importante de polym\u00e8re de base PA66 issu du recyclage m\u00e9canique de d\u00e9chets post-industriels. Le polym\u00e8re est ensuite renforc\u00e9 par 25 % de fibres de verre et rendu ignifuge sans utilisation d\u2019halog\u00e8nes ni de phosphore rouge. Il s\u2019agit \u00e9videmment d\u2019une formulation totalement exempte de PFAS.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/>Performance et r\u00e9duction de l\u2019empreinte carbone<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par Hager conserve toutes les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s les plus importantes du grade original obtenu \u00e0 partir de sources fossiles : un comportement ignifuge et des valeurs GWFI de 960 \u00b0C \u00e0 1 et 2 mm, ainsi qu\u2019une excellente r\u00e9sistance aux courants de cheminement avec un indice de r\u00e9sistance au cheminement de 600 V. Les excellentes performances \u00e0 la flamme et le comportement m\u00e9canique ont convaincu les concepteurs de Hager d\u2019introduire LATIECO dans la s\u00e9rie AFDD.
