Le transfert de courants \u00e9lev\u00e9s n\u00e9cessite de grands conducteurs, appel\u00e9s <strong>barres omnibus<\/strong>, que l&rsquo;on retrouve \u00e9galement dans les syst\u00e8mes de cheminement de barres omnibus. <\/p>\n<h2>Barres omnibus : \u00c9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux pour le transport de courants \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Le passage de courants tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s implique des conditions extr\u00eamement exigeantes pour les mat\u00e9riaux sur lesquels les barres conductrices sont mont\u00e9es. Premi\u00e8rement, l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9chauffement<\/strong> des barres elles-m\u00eames, qui porte les temp\u00e9ratures maximales de fonctionnement au seuil de 100 \u00b0C. En cas de dysfonctionnement, cependant, la temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9tal peut facilement d\u00e9passer 400 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nEnsuite, l&rsquo;<strong>isolation \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> essentielle qui, pour des raisons \u00e9videntes, doit garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle en toute situation. La pr\u00e9vention des incendies dans le secteur de l&rsquo;e-mobilit\u00e9 impose des restrictions sur le comportement au feu et les essais au fil incandescent (GWIT selon la norme IEC60695-2).   <\/p>\n<h2>Les d\u00e9fis des supports de barres omnibus<\/h2>\n<p>Les barres doivent \u00eatre maintenues par des <strong>supports solides<\/strong> qui r\u00e9sistent aux contraintes m\u00e9caniques et aux forces magn\u00e9tiques caus\u00e9es par le courant. Pour le moulage de supports fiables dans le temps, LATI propose des solutions historiques \u00e9prouv\u00e9es, toutes caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par la certification <strong>autoextinguible<\/strong> UL94 V0.<br \/>\nLes polym\u00e8res utilis\u00e9s sont le <strong>PA6, le PA66 et le PBT<\/strong>, rendus ignifuges gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes retardateurs \u00e0 base de phosphore rouge, avec des halog\u00e8nes et un impact environnemental r\u00e9duit. <\/p>\n<h2>Une r\u00e9ussite dans l&rsquo;industrie des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques<\/h2>\n<p>Le groupe fran\u00e7ais <strong>SOCOMEC<\/strong>, leader dans le contr\u00f4le et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques, a choisi le <strong>LATAMID 6 H2 G\/30-V0HF1<\/strong> pour le support de barre omnibus SB C 15.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment SB C 15 est con\u00e7u pour les syst\u00e8mes tripolaires ou t\u00e9trapolaires, plats ou verticaux, avec trois conducteurs par p\u00f4le. Gr\u00e2ce au mat\u00e9riau LATI, il peut transporter en continu des courants jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6\u202f300 amp\u00e8res et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 kA en cas de court-circuit. Le compound thermoplastique est en PA6 renforc\u00e9 de 30 % de fibre de verre et est autoextinguible, sans halog\u00e8nes ni phosphore rouge. UL l\u2019a certifi\u00e9 pour une utilisation continue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 120 \u00b0C.  <\/p>\n<h2>Innovation continue : Mat\u00e9riaux pour des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques<\/h2>\n<p>Pour des exigences m\u00e9caniques encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, LATI propose des <a href=\"https:\/\/lati.com\/fr\/compounds\/materiaux-ignifuges\/\">compounds thermoplastiques auto-extinguibles<\/a> bas\u00e9s sur le <strong>PA66 renforc\u00e9 par 50 % de fibres de verre<\/strong>, les <strong>LATAMID 66 H2 G\/50-V0HF1 et V0KB1<\/strong>.<br \/>\nSi l\u2019humidit\u00e9 est un probl\u00e8me, des solutions <strong>anhydroscopiques<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre choisies. Ces solutions sont bas\u00e9es sur le PBT LATER, des grades haute temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur le PPS LARTON ou de nouveaux compounds thermoplastiques fabriqu\u00e9s avec le polyamide aromatique LARAMID T. Le polym\u00e8re PA9T poss\u00e8de une r\u00e9sistance thermique et chimique qui permet d\u2019utiliser ces composants dans des situations critiques. Par exemple, ils peuvent \u00eatre employ\u00e9s dans des syst\u00e8mes de charge de batteries, o\u00f9 il existe un risque d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 thermique. L\u2019\u00e9volution des technologies \u00e9lectriques n\u00e9cessite des mati\u00e8res plastiques avanc\u00e9es capables de relever les d\u00e9fis des courants intenses et des conditions de fonctionnement extr\u00eames. L\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants au feu am\u00e9liore la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du transport de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique.
