Our journey into the science and technology of thermoplastic materials continues after the success of the first episode, for which we thank the over 300 participants.
We started by analyzing the links between the microscopic structure of polymers and the thermal and chemical properties of the material.
In the second session, LATI discusses the mechanical properties of polymeric materials: which are the most important, how they are measured, how they also depend on the chemical structure of the polymer, how to modify them to adapt to project requirements, and how to interpret the values found in literature.
