Inclusion, equity, and equal opportunities are integral parts of LATI's corporate culture. On these foundations, we have built a path of growth and awareness, culminating in 2023 with the achievement of the UNI PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality. A recognition that attests to the effectiveness and concreteness of our commitment.

A Clear Policy, a Shared Vision

The Gender Equality Policy, defined by Senior Management with the support of the Steering Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on September 25, 2023, transparently expresses principles, objectives, and guidelines for our operations on fundamental issues such as gender equality, women's empowerment, and the appreciation of diversity.

Six Areas of Strategic Intervention

Through the Policy, LATI has outlined six areas of action to ensure a inclusive, collaborative, transparent, and attentive work environment:

    • The Role of the
    Steering Committee

    As required by the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard, LATI has established the Steering Committee for Gender Equality, composed of key figures from various company functions, including the Human Resources Director and the Managing Director for Social Affairs, Livia Conterno. The Committee promotes the Policy, monitors its implementation, and guides the actions outlined in the dedicated Strategic Plan.

    A Commitment that Goes beyond the Company

    In 2024, LATI joined the Manifesto for Gender Equality in the Italian supply chain, promoted by Winning Women Institute. A further step towards systemic change: we are committed to spreading the culture of equity beyond organizational boundaries, promoting inclusive initiatives throughout our supply chain.
