Is plastic really the problem or is it the way we use it?
This question is the starting point for “Deus ex plastica”, a theatrical performance that addresses a complex topic with an innovative approach: irony, provocation, and direct audience engagement.
LATI has chosen to support this initiative, contributing to the promotion of a more informed and conscious approach to plastic materials.
A show combining theater, quiz, and provocation
“Deus ex plastica” is a comedy, but also a surreal and dynamic quiz show that challenges common misconceptions related to the plastic free movement.
Through accessible and engaging language, the show invites the audience to reflect on the paradoxes that characterize the contemporary debate on plastic, encouraging a more critical and less superficial perspective.
As highlighted in the event materials, this is a format designed to address a complex topic and the collective responsibility associated with it.
The project: “Plastic has changed. Change your mind about plastic”
The show is part of the project “Plastic has changed. Change your mind about plastic”, promoted by ALPLA Italia together with the BEWE agency.
The objective is to:
- overcome widespread prejudices
- counter misinformation
- highlight industry best practices
An initiative aimed at reestablishing a more balanced dialogue based on data and knowledge.
LATI and support for technical communication
LATI’s participation in this project is part of a broader effort to:
- promote proper understanding of plastic materials
- highlight innovation in engineering thermoplastics
- support transparent, evidence-based communication
Addressing the topic of plastic in an accessible way does not mean simplifying it, but making it understandable even outside a strictly technical context.
